Week 11 (10-14 January 2011)
Well this is my last week at here. So sad to say goodbye but in this world there are only one choice to make. I need to continue my final semester after this end of internship.
In this week i was follow Thyra to give me exposure about merchandising. She is Operation Executive and she handle the project from one of the client which is Fonterra. Fonterra is from New Zealand company and the famous product from them is Anlene, Anmum and Cadbury Ice Cream.We was check at the outlet whether merchandiser doing their work well or not futhermore i need to evalulate the work base on KPI form.
Other than that on this week i need to compile all the report to submit to General Manager, Wai See. She need to look the performance of the month. Because every 3 month she need to present to the all staff at Pos Ad about business company performance and achievement. I have experience with that. We call it as Quarterly meet Meeting where all the staff will see the presentation from General Manager in every subsidiaries from Pos Ad. I also and the new staff need to introduce our self on this meeting.
At 14 January on 6 p.m i was meet all the staff in this company. Say thank you to everybody for the sweet memories and experience doing my internship. It's hard to say goodbye. Furthermore i'm close with Thyra. We always discuss about work together. She look sad but what to do. That is only a time i have to complete my internship. Bye-bye Pos Ad....
Week 10 (3-7 January 2011)
Hi we meet again in the 10th week of my internship. For information actually my last day of internship at 14 January 2011 due to request from HR from my office because she said 2 month is too short and i am willing to extend my period until that day.
For this week i was change my working area from admin department to operation department. It is the challenging work because i need to report to the client and at the same time i need to manage people to follow the work schedule.
In this week Ray Kok Wah will observe me on how to do the work at operation site. Like usually i need to update the latest stock for Permanis. It is not too good because i receive the complaint on my work, but it's okay because at least i got the new experience to facing with client.
It is a headache week for me because it is hard to manage people. Some of them know that i am just internship,so then the work is not proper. So who will be blame by client?Of course me. So what i'm doing is i was cut their KPI regarding the complaint from client. Work with honest. Don't issue the problem if not i will counter back :-)

Week 9 (27-31 December)
Wow.It will going tough week for me in this week. I need to replace Ah Kuan because she will take on leave to clear her annual leave for this year. In this week it also is a busy week for me.
At Monday like usually i need to key in balance out of stock and make a report to sent to the client. Alhamdulillah no complaint as well. I manage my work even though it is a little bit messy on my table due to work overload. A lot of paper work need to be do on time!!!
Other than that i need to do new itinerary also for the next year. From the email that i receive from client, i need to follow the schedule that was already set by the client. With the schedule also i need to submit to the client attendance report for merchandiser. They need to check whether it have merchandiser skip from the work.
I also have to do all the work in admin department this week. On Wednesday like usually courier to the branches Pos Ad and it subsidiaries. Manage stationery to give to the merchandiser. I need to ensure they are not take stock over than need.
Compiling all the file that was check also. Start from compile KPI form until compile price check and shopping list for reference in future
